A lot of people do not realize how helpful recycling really is for our environment, our future and our health. Most people are too lazy to recycle or choose not to because they can't see how recycled items are put to use first hand. I'd like to show a unique side to recycling, encouraging readers to go beyond recycling just cans, bottles and newspaper but household items, clothing, and junk into uniquely made items.

Population
The article had some interesting facts on population. Although population could potentially be a problem, people are essentially what make this life what it is. New people means new ideas and new growth. 7 billion is a lot of people....but what is the 7 billionth person is our future's president? As far as the videos go they were both long but informative. I liked Jason Clay's speech. I was intrigued and wanted to know what point he was making exactly so he kept me glued to the screen. But, on another note, agriculture has a big effect on our planet and small farming really should be an issue that is paid more attention. The craziest thing of all is that the population didnt reach a billion until the 1800s, which it seems like then it just kept booming, billion after billion in only years timing.
