Hey everyone. Still ranting about all the cigarette butts on and off campus!! I did however come across this really awesome idea that apparently is trendy and hopefully us Americans will catch on! Another good idea is to have a portable ashtray for in car smoking! I have one and it's convenient instead of tossing them out the window you can just out them and then dump the ashtray whenever it needs to be emptied. Below is a website that features car ashtrays.

Recycled Art

Hey so I thought I'd inform everyone of some pretty amazing recycled objects I had the pleasure of viewing lately. I took a stroll through the art building and was witness to:

a bench made of recycled magazines and wood.

a bar stool made out of recycled wood and newspaper clippings

a free standing sculpture made from a george forman grill

a computer chair made of a plastic garbage bin

If you ever need to feel inspired seriously take a look at all of the beautiful pieces that can be made out of what others consider trash!
